My order got returned, what do l do now?

Sadly, when an international or European mail gets returned, shipping fee will be incurred, for theshipping and return mail back to the sender. lf such a small probability event occurs, send an emailto info@shelse.com in order to contact us as soon as possible.
lf the recipient does not pick up or refuses to accept the order or refuses to go through customsclearance and the package is returned, the recipient will bear the cost of returning the package
