Thank you for your purchase. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. After 30 days, we can no longer offer a refund or exchange.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
Items must have original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Final sale / clearance items
Personalized / custom-made products
Perishables (food, flowers, plants)
Hygiene / personal care products (once opened)
Gift cards & digital products
Intimate apparel, swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
4. How to Initiate a Return
Contact our support team at: [your support email]
Include your order number, item(s) to return, and reason.
We will review and send a Return Authorization (RMA) number and return address.
Ship the item back with the RMA number clearly marked on the package.
Note: Returns sent without prior approval/RMA will not be accepted.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (non-refundable).
If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective, damaged), we will cover return shipping and send a prepaid label.
6. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval/rejection within 3–5 business days.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
7. Exchanges
Exchanges (size/color) follow the same eligibility and process as returns. You are responsible for return shipping; we cover shipping for the new item.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged/defective item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
9. International Returns
International returns are accepted under the same terms. Customer is responsible for all return shipping, customs duties, and taxes. We are not liable for delays or fees imposed by customs.
